We understand that moving into a new place can be very confusing. The
staff members and other residents want to help make the move as smooth as
possible. Among the staff a Keystone are Program Directors, Mental Health
Counselors, Unit Managers, Teachers, Therapists, Nurses, and
Doctors. These staff members are the "Treatment
Team". As a team, they work out treatment goals and provide valuable
feedback on a daily basis.
Everyone at Keystone, including residents, parents, and staff members, has
the responsibility to promote:
- Dignity and respect
- Safety and security
- Freedom from fear, insult, harassment, or injury
- Maximum opportunities for treatment
